Did my first ZUMBA workout today! I have to say it was pretty fun and I do think I really worked out, so that's definitely a plus. However I'm not sure if it stays fun, as there are only 5 workouts to choose from (20min express, cardio, sculpting and toning, party and flat abs). Might be more fun to do it with some friends though! I also don't think it's quite as effective as running/ fitness, but I'll keep you posted!
